Our standard delivery service within New Zealand typically takes approximately 3 business days to reach major cities. In the event that orders are placed within 2 days of a public holiday or during peak sale periods, there might be a slight extension in delivery time (up to an additional 5 business days). For our customers residing in rural areas, please account for an extra 2 to 5 business days for delivery.
Rest assured, tracking details will be provided by our trusted delivery partner. As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email containing a tracking link.
By choosing to order through www.additioncube.nz, you authorize Addition Cube NZ and our courier partners with the Authority To Leave (ATL) orders at the specified address, whether attended or not. Additionally, you acknowledge that Addition Cube NZ holds no liability in cases where an incorrect address is provided or if a parcel is taken from your property by a third party post-delivery.
RETURNS
Incorrectly Dispatched or Damaged Item Policy
If you happen to receive an item that was sent to you by mistake or that got damaged during delivery, please don't wait more than 7 days from when you got the package to let us know. Reach out to our team, and we'll guide you through the available solutions to fix the issue.
Returns for Online Sales
If, within 10 days of making a purchase on www.additioncube.nz, you start having second thoughts about it, don't worry. Just get in touch with us (return@additioncube.co.nz). You're welcome to return the item and get a full refund of what you paid for it (except for any shipping charges if there were any). We'll send the refund back using the same method you used to pay.
Remember, the cost of sending the item back to us is your responsibility. The item is considered yours until we receive it back. When you're sending it, make sure it's in the same condition as when you got it, and pack it in the original box with any receipts. You've got 10 days from the day you bought it to start this process.
